Tadalafil
Tadalafil is a medication used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis, allowing for an erection in response to sexual stimulation. It is also prescribed for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadalafil works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which plays a key role in restricting blood flow to the penis and lungs.
